  • 2015 legionnaires outbreak. Represented Bronx hotel in connection with the largest outbreak of legionnaires disease in New York City history resulting in over 50 lawsuits including numerous wrongful death actions. All cases were settled with an average settlement of $150,000 per lawsuit.
  • John Doe II vs Sozio, US District Court , Eastern District of New York, Civil Action # 20- CV -2183 ( Cogan J. ) Successfully obtained a dismissal of a Covid19 related habeas action brought on behalf prisoners seeking release from the Queens Detention Facility . June 21, 2020
