Roger B. Lawrence, Esq is a founding member of the firm. For the past 43 years he has represented individuals, business organizations and insurance company clients in disputes involving bodily injury, property damage, insurance coverage and professional malpractice.  Cases have included the representation of parties and insurers involved with catastrophic losses, including many major New York City crane collapse incidents, the Boston Fort Point Channel Tunnel collapse, product liability and countless construction accident and defect cases. Mr. Lawrence handles cases in state and federal courts and specializes in complex and technical initiatives to limit and shift risk based upon the analysis and interpretation of multiple contracts and leases, as well as multilevel insurance policies.  These have included issues related to priority of coverage as well as the workings of owner-controlled and contractor-controlled insurance programs and the application of subrogation and anti-subrogation principles.
